I went to the office in Hudson, not exactly sure what to ask and completely confused about all the insurance lingo as well as I needed help with my food stamp application. The first gentlemen I saw was Shane Freeman and he was so helpful and kind and patient with me and all my thousands of questions. Finally after months of trying to find someone that could help me, I finally found someone that is not only very helpful but he is also honest, he will help you in anyway and recommend options but does not push you to go one way or the other, he only cares about helping others. My wife and I have been getting our ins at the market place for about 4 to 5 years. We always got on the website and went through the application process and then tried to pick the best choice of health insurance we could. It was always confusing and anxiety inducing. We found this facility and staff to assist with getting us enrolled into the an ACA health plan.  Shane and Brian were highly trained and experienced on the inner workings of the plan evaluation and enrollment processes and procedures. When I became self employed I started paying for a medical ins plan from a private co. and it was costly. I saw the window sign for Insurance help, right off of Main Street in downtown New Port Richey, I walked in and Lou took care of everything.  He gets to know what you need and then shows you the plans that can meet those needs.  Lou and Cindy and the team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone who has an ins. question or looking for the best plan.
